Welcome to Little Cakes Company. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your order.

 

1. Orders & Booking Process

All orders are custom-made and subject to availability.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 day before collection or delivery.

Orders are only confirmed once the deposit is received and booking has been acknowledged by us via email or message.

 

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include basic customisation.

Extra charges may apply for premium flavours, free-from bakes, complex designs, or delivery.

Payments are accepted via bank transfer, Revolut, or secure payment links.

 

3. Delivery & Collection

Delivery is available across London and surrounding areas and is charged based on distance and timing.

You may also collect from our location at:
Unit 25, Townmead Business Centre, William Morris Way, Fulham, London.

Once collected or delivered, responsibility for the cake passes to the customer. We are not liable for damage caused in transit or by improper handling/storage.

 

4. Cake Designs

We aim to replicate designs as closely as possible, but due to the handmade nature of our work, slight variations may occur.

Colour shades, flower placements, and small decorative details may differ depending on materials available and seasonal availability.

 

5. Allergies & Dietary Needs

It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

Although we offer gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free options, our kitchen handles all major allergens and we cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free products.

 

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date if the cancellation is made more than 7 days in advance.

Cancellations made within 7 days of your event are non-refundable due to prep time and materials.

Refunds are only offered in the rare event of a proven error on our part (e.g., wrong flavour or major design mistake) and must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order, with photo evidence.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: extreme weather, illness, accidents, or supply shortages.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All images, logos, and written content on this website are the property of Little Cakes Company and may not be copied or used without permission.
