At Little Cakes Company, every cake is made to order with care, creativity, and love. Because of the personalised nature of our products, please read our returns and refund policy carefully.
Made-to-Order Policy
All our cakes and baked goods are custom-made to your specifications. Once an order is confirmed, it is non-refundableunless due to a proven error on our part.

Deposits & Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 1 day before delivery or collection.
If you cancel more than 7 days in advance, your deposit may be transferred to a future order.
Cancellations made within 7 days of your event are non-refundable, as we begin preparing ingredients and custom decorations in advance.

Collection & Delivery
Once collected or delivered, we are not liable for any damage incurred in transit or due to mishandling.
Please store the cake as advised (usually in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight).

Refunds
Refunds are only offered in cases of:
Major quality issues proven with photo evidence submitted within 24 hours of delivery/collection
Clear errors on our part (e.g., wrong flavour, missing elements)
In these rare cases, we will offer a partial refund, discount, or replacement depending on the situation.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies. While we offer free-from options, please note that our kitchen handles allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs, and we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.

Your full name and order number
A clear explanation of the issue
Photos of the product (if applicable)
We aim to respond within 48 hours.
